👋 Hi, I’m Marc.
After 20 years in architecture and sustainability, I know how frustrating it can be to find the right sustainability knowledge and apply it to real projects.
As Associate Director and Head of Sustainability Engineering at UNStudio, I worked on major international projects, leading efforts to integrate sustainability into design. But even with years of experience, I had to piece together my learning from multiple sources—and it took far longer than it should have.
I acquired certifications like BREEAM AP, WELL AP, and CFA ESG, went back to school to study Building Physics, and when I still felt the business side was missing, I took it a step further with an MBA in Circular Economy & Innovation.
Through all this, I realized that real impact doesn’t come from just technical knowledge — it happens when you bridge technical expertise, business strategy, and real-world application.
