Are you struggling to implement bigger changes to sustainable practices in your organization? Does it feel like you are trying to move the molecules in a frozen ice cube?
It might be because you're missing a crucial first step: ππ§ππ«πππ³π’π§π !

So, next time before you dive straight into new initiatives remember to 'thaw' the status quo first. This might include:
ππππ§ππ’ππ²π’π§π πππ«π¬π¨π§ππ₯ ππππ€ππ¬ to identify and address the impacts on the daily work of the person involved with the change.

ππ«ππππ π ππ§π―π’π«π¨π§π¦ππ§π where change is seen as both necessary, urgent, AND beneficial.
By focusing on unfreezing first, we prepare everyone for the necessary shifts ahead. We can't expect widespread engagement with environmental goals if personal and organizational roles are threatened or misaligned.
